Through the Yalla Jam3a app, we aim to support a generation of ambitious young Jordanians dreamers by facilitating access to their universities confidently, safely, affordably, and on time. In return, we create new opportunities for young individuals who own cars, enabling them to support the student community while earning additional income during their free time. This initiative forms the essence of 3ounk reflecting the role of student drivers as helpers and contributors to their community.


Registering with Yalla Jam3a offers numerous benefits, including:

    1. Easily scheduling your rides through the app according to your class schedule.
    2. Saving time and effort in getting to the university
    3. Reducing transportation costs.
    4. Earning extra income as an 3ounk driver while commuting to university and during your free time.

Signing up for the Yalla Jam3a app provides many advantages, such as:

    1. Pre-scheduling rides according to your class schedule, with options for shared or private rides, whether the driver is male or female.
    2. Ride tracking and monitoring through the app.
    3. Smart notifications for every action to keep you updated.
    4. Payment options include cash or recharging your account electronically.
    5. Easy ride booking to and from university.
    6. Rider preferences allowing selection of driver type (male or female).

    1. The App: Refers to the Yalla Jam3a app, available for both riders and 3ounk “The Drivers”.
    2. The Rider: A student who creates an account on Yalla Jam3a app and uses it to request rides and other available services.
    3. 3ounk: A student acting as a driver, performing rides using a vehicle registered in the app and adhering to the app's terms and conditions.
    4. "Comfort Ride: A type of ride offered through the app where the ride is to a single destination, and multiple riders can share the ride based on vehicle capacity. The fare is calculated per ride.
    5. "Ride with others": A type of ride offered through the app where the ride involves multiple destinations as per the accepted request. Only one rider per destination is allowed, and the fare is calculated per rider.

    1. Download Yalla Jam3a application from Apple Store or Google Store
    2. To register an account, enter your mobile phone number where you will receive a verification code to complete the procedure
    3. Then enter your personal information
    4. Upload images of the required documents such as your personal photo and university ID
    5. You will receive a message stating that the registration process has been completed successfully
    6. To pay for rides, you can charge the balance in the application or pay in cash for 3ounk.

    1. For “Ride with others” rides, only one Riders per destination is allowed. The displayed fare is per Riders unless otherwise specified.
    2. For “Comfort Ride " rides, multiple Riders are allowed, provided the total does not exceed the vehicle’s capacity. The displayed fare covers the entire ride for all Riders.

    1. If Rider adds and charges his balance through CliQ service, bank card or any approved electronic payment method, this balance is non-refundable and can be used and consumed in making rides of various types and services provided in the application for a period of one year.
    2. The added balance can only be used in rides or other services available through the application.

    1. The available balance in your account that is not used remains valid for one year from the date of adding the balance.
    2. In the event that the balance is not used within the specified validity period, the application has the right to take appropriate measures regarding the balance by freezing, deleting or stopping it.

    1. If the refund request is due to an error on our part (such as an unjustified deduction or a reservation made in error), the amounts paid will be refunded within a period ranging from two (2) to three (3) weeks.
    2. This policy does not include any amounts added to your account balance by your agent, as these amounts are subject to the “Adding Balance” clause.

    1. If Rider cancels a ride after it has been started by 3ounk, a cancellation fine of (0.75) JD will be imposed on the Rider and will be deducted from his balance.
    2. This fee is considered compensation for the time and effort spent by your agent.

    1. If Rider does not pay the full value of the trip or is subject to any financial penalties for any reason, the remaining amount will be recorded as a debt due in his account to be paid through the next ride or directly through Yalla Jam3a application, and the application has the right to claim it.
    2. This debt must be paid before or when requesting any new trip or according to the time frames specified by the application.

    1. Riders must report any lost item inside the vehicle within a period not exceeding (24) hours from the end of the trip, by contacting Yalla Jam3a customer service or through the official channels designated for the application.
    2. The application team and 3ounk will make every effort possible to help recover the lost item, but the application or 3ounk shall not bear any legal or financial responsibility for the loss of any item or the inability to recover it.

    1. The application relies on an evaluation system that contributes to improving the quality of service and upgrading the user experience.
    2. If Rider receives a negative evaluation in five (5) rides or more during a specific period of time, the application management has the right to block and suspend his account or restrict access to some services, and the application has the right to dispose of the balance available in his account.
    3. Riders can contact customer service to object or inquire about the reason for the negative evaluations and the mechanism for resolving them.

    1. The application has the right to amend or update the policies, terms and conditions at any time and without referring to the application users.
    2. Continued use of the application after the publication of any amendment shall be deemed an implicit acceptance of the amended terms and conditions.
    3. It is recommended to review this page periodically to view the latest updates and changes.

    1. This policy is subject to and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country in which the application conducts its main activity.
    2. Users of the application are obligated to observe traffic and public safety regulations and laws while using the application.
    3. Users of the application (3ounk or the Rider) are obligated to maintain good morals and a high level of dealings between him and others, and the person concerned bears any legal accountability for his transgression against others, whether through misconduct, disrespect, or other matters.

    1. You can contact the customer service team for inquiries, complaints, support, or any requests related to the account, rides, or other matters through the official channels available in the application.
